Welcoming Norman to The Marketing Room: Our New Business Director for Southeast Asia

The Marketing Room is delighted to welcome Norman to our leadership team as Business Director, Southeast Asia, based in Singapore. With more than two decades of experience leading strategic marketing, partnerships, and regional growth across Asia Pacific, Norman brings a powerful blend of commercial insight and creativity to our expanding global network.

Norman’s career reflects the depth and diversity we value at The Marketing Room. He has held senior roles across client-side, agency, and platform organisations — from brand building at The Coca-Cola Company, to leading content and partnership strategy at GroupM Mediacom, to spearheading growth marketing for leading digital platforms including GoDaddy, Lazada, and Honestbee.

Most recently, Norman served as Marketing Director and Strategic Partnerships Lead, Southeast Asia at GoDaddy, where he drove regional growth, partner engagement, and multi-market brand strategies. His leadership experience includes partnering with global brands such as P&G, Unilever, Shell and Dell, and navigating the complexities of fast-moving, high-growth digital environments.

As we continue strengthening our presence across Southeast Asia, Norman’s regional expertise and strong industry relationships will play a pivotal role in supporting businesses with their marketing resource challenges and bringing TMR’s flexible in-house model to more organisations across the region.
